Fast growing painting company looking for quality, skilled painters for residential interior and exterior painting. Full time Monday to Friday work available immediately for experienced painters. Part-time work also available. Weekly Pay. Looking for painters with reliable transportation, good work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team. Must be able to follow direction, keep job site clean, and willing to do all aspects of painting (cleaning, pressure washing, sanding, scraping, etc.). Most of the work is high end residential repaints so attention to detail and cleanliness of job site are key. Positive attitude with good communications skills a must. Professional and drama/drug free work environment. We are looking for: - Quality interior and exterior work - must meet our professional standards - Experience with minor drywall patching/repair - Experience with sprayers a plus, but not required (HVLP and airless) - Have basic painter’s tools REQUIRED: - Experience required - brushing and rolling - Reliable transportation with ability to get to job site (possibly more than one job site in a day)(work is in Sarasota County) - Speak and read english to be able to communicate with Production Managers - Be able to work off ladders, lift heavy equipment and materials, - Must be able to work a regular, steady schedule (Occasional saturdays if needed for tight deadline) Starting pay minimum $15/hour, depending on skill set could be as high as $25/hour (also open to subcontracting)
