Position Responsibilities include: The After School Program position supports and leads school-aged during structured activities, sports and games in our After School program. Supervise and guide students in activities, games and positive interactions with peers and team members. Be responsible for the safety and well-being of students during after school hours. Successfully integrate our Purpose, Values and company communication tools into daily interactions with after school students, families and other team members. Communicate effectively and in a positive, upbeat manner with students and other co-workers. Be a role model, demonstrating a positive, approachable and upbeat attitude to our students and other team members at every shift! - Must be at least 15 years old - Must have reliable transportation. - Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success!
