Opportunity for Full-Time Position with a company who maintains a solid presence and future in its market niche. This position is for those who are operations/industry oriented and have some flexibility in their schedule on shift start and stop times, who can work a Saturday (in exchange for a weekday off) twice per month and with reliable transportation. Must possess the following skill-set or attributes for our fast-paced environment: 1. Can type more than 25 wpm 2. Organized approach to problem solving 3. Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization; recognizes the difference between what is "fun" to work on versus the triage of assigned tasks 4. Can handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently 5. Very good written & verbal communication skills, with attention to detail 6. Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers 7. Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills 8. Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel and Internet. Also familiar with spreadsheets. 9. Basic arithmetical skills 10. Is comfortable with interacting in a supervisoral role with the execution side of the business. Seeking mature-minded, patient & friendly individual with common sense & whose focus is: 1. On developing their career skill-sets - not focused on just a paycheck 2. On the company bottom line & doesn't believe their mobile phone needs to be readily nearby to check-in on social media and texts throughout the day. 3. Being the best they can be in their position with the company 4. Maintaining alignment with the best interests of the company 5. Being a Team-Player and not on bringing "drama" to the office If you are not comfortable with being "uncomfortable" in executing and thinking-through in a fast-paced environment with variation and challenging elements of the job, then this position isn't likely for you.
