Description

We provide services to the MRDD community that allows residents to live independently in their homes. Our services include medication administration, non-medical services, transportation, companionship and providing help around the home. Serenity Homes employees work in shifts. $14.00/hr for Mansfield, $15.00/hr for Willard. Time and a half for Holidays worked. $1.00 added to hourly wage after 60-hour online training is completed. If eligible you will receive Quarterly Bonuses. Requirements and Qualifications: Per State Regulations: • Valid driver’s license and provide evidence of current automobile insurance/reliable transportation • High School Diploma/GED • Criminal Background Check • Must pass a physical and TB test There is also other training which is required.
