This position is located on a military base but is not a government job. This is privatized housing. You will have to pass a background check to be let on base. No felonies, or warrants. Needing experienced maintenance workers, min 5 years' experience. Must have own vehicle and tools. Must be able to communicate well and be presentable. Also looking for qualified HVAC people. Must have own tools and transportation. Min 5 years' experience. Also needing people with min 5 years of Remodel experience. Need to have experience in framing, Sheetrock installers, tape float texture, paint, trim, hanging doors, cabinet installers, tile workers, countertops installers, painting, exterior work, facia soffit repair. Pressure washing, exterior paint. With remolding positions, you will need to supply your own tools. There is allot of room for growth here, also will be looking for a lead on these projects. Them taking lead will be based on experience and after extensive training from our company with all of our procedures. With any of these positions that are available you will need to be able to pass a background check to be able to get onto a military base, you must also have a valid driver's license and also a vehicle that has Insurance and up to date registration. The pay is one week in the hole paid on Fridays. There is no exception to this, there will be no gas money given out, no paid daily requests no advances on your checks. This is our company policy.
