Lost My Dog, Please Help! Evening of 12/5

ANY info helpful, worried for her safety! Since Lucy is scent motivated and may not consider her own safety! Lucy got out sometime between 7-9 PM from a friend's house, in the area of Cub Rd/Kirby Place, in West Asheville, she is unfamiliar with the area. She is super sweet and friendly with humans, (adults and kids), and is a well-loved indoor pet. She will probably make her way towards people and food. She is not used to being out roaming on her own, or in the cold, although she has the tendency to chase squirrels/bunnies/chickens. Lucy was wearing a blue/green/orange collar (you can kind of see it in the 2nd and 4th pictures) and it has a tag and a tracker (that is apparently malfunctioning). She's microchipped. She is a medium-sized spaniel/terrier mix with red ears and head and a white stripe in the center of her face. She has a white body with red freckles, a longish white tail, short fur, hazel eyes, right ear is split at the bottom (you can see in the second pic). 37 lbs with an athletic build. Can be skittish, easily scared by loud noises and storms. Please contact me if you have any information, I dearly love her and want her back safe and sound.
