Brummel Lawn and Landscape is hiring a Lawn Applicator or will train a technician this fall and early winter. Pay will vary based on experience and certification. We are willing to help and pay to get your applicator license. Chemical Applicator/Technician • Must be able to properly and safely apply fertilizer, pesticides, and fungicides on commercial and residential properties. • Be able to talk to customers and explain what they are doing • Self-motivated, and willing to put the team first • Dependable and able to keep to a route • Work on properties by themselves • Keep truck and equipment clean and organized on a daily basis. • Properly fills out paperwork • Pays attention to labels and follows regulations on applying chemicals • Able to do snow removal during winter • Help out other departments during down time Job requirements: • Have knowledge of application rates and products applied or willing to learn • Identify common weeds, pests and apply correct treatment or willing to learn • Have a current department of Agriculture license or willing to sit in on training • Able to lift 50#'s • Have a valid drivers license All employees must be: • Able to pass DOT physical examination or hold a DOT medical card Benefits: 401K with Company Matching Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Health Insurance Paid Training Bonus Program(s) Apply online!
