Falls Church Home Repairs Needed

I have a referral lead on a home in Falls Church VA (22041) that needs to make a number of repairs to their property. I am looking for someone who can give me a quote for these repairs. Please let me know if you believe you are able to complete this work and what you would charge for doing so. A site visit is possible, if needed. The work is summarized below and goes in order with the attached pictures: 1. Tiled brick pathway repairs. Repair and replaced damaged areas of tile pathway. Owner has materials. 2. Repair/replace wooden porch railing. This railing is rotten and needs to be repaired and/or replaced and painted to match. 3. Porch door trim repair/replacement. The trim around this door is rotten and needs to be repaired/replaced and painted. 4. Concrete exterior painting (white is cinder blocks, red is concrete). Exterior of home needs to be prepped and patch painted to match existing. 5. Small concrete wall repair. This small decorative concrete wall needs to repaired and/or replaced. 6. Repair/replace back deck rotting railings. 7. Backyard Shed Work: (a) Wood floorboard at entrance to be repaired/replaced. (b) Window trim installation (two windows). (c) Door trim installation. (d) Install laminate flooring (owner has materials) (e) Install baseboard throughout (f) Install crown molding throughout 8. Repair wooden fence. Three boards have come unattached and need to be reattached. 9. Regrout downstairs bathroom (not pictured) 10. Large crack in kitchen countertop (likely granite or quartz) that needs to be repaired, if possible.
