I am actively seeking carpenters and people with residential remodeling experience or remodeling experience at all we do make ready and turns and full remodels i’m looking for somebody that has basic tools and transportation and has knowledge on how to use the tools and work independently without having to be told what to do constantly the pay is based on experience it is a 1099 employment we do not sub any jobs out looking for hourly workers only. We do really basic stuff on a few crews I have such as light fixtures ceiling fans GFI’s full paint and minor drywall work we do minor plumbing in minor electrical on the other cruise we do flooring tile work and full remodels let me know if you have any questions. Pay is on every Friday
