Driver needed to drive a truck to NYC

We are looking for a reliable truck driver who can pickup and deliver to Manhattan. This is a one time gig, not recurring service. The driver should pickup the load from Chantilly, VA on Jan 17th morning. The unload time has to be around 8am Jan 18th at 42nd street, midtown, Manhattan, New York City. Once unloaded, the driver can leave the city to park. Driver will return to the same location at 11pm same day to pickup the same load, then drive back to Chantilly, VA. The truck needs to be at least a 26ft box truck with lift gate. Either we can rent it ourself, or provided by the driver. The quote needs to be all inclusive, including gas, parking, toll, food and lodging, etc. And please make it clear if your quote includes the rental of the truck and insurance or not. We pay half up front, and the remaining on completion of the job.
