survivng the winter fundraiser

Hello, I'm trying to fortify my living arrangements to make it thru the winter. I'm currently fighting for my disability due to mental illness. That illness makes it hard to be around others and is why I'm not at a shelter. On top of that, deciding to live my life as Joan instead of John makes me loathe the idea of going to a mens shelter. I have a tent camp site but the weather has still been getting to me in various ways and I got sick twice now. If I had the money to buy another larger tent I could nest mine inside of it for another barrier from wind rain and snow! More blankets and a better sleeping bag would help. Tarps to also fortify the outside and keep the elements from directly hitting the tent would help. Very few places will let you charge your phone and hard warmer so a solar panel kit would keep me from having to stand directly in the elements. I could get a solar powered tent warmer.
