I sell handcrafted brushes. I need someone who drives and can pick up 150 brushes at a time and take them to their home to finish them. Each brush needs to be hand sanded and oiled with linseed oil. Each brush needs to be debristled. That means you need to brush each brush around 10 times to get out all the loose hairs.
When finished you would bring them back to me and we would box them up together. This usually takes 2 hours.
My brush guy was helping me do this for several years and now is retiring. It took him an hour to do 10 brushes. I paid him 1.10 per brush. I pay all expenses. He usually makes around 170.00 a week.
