Stair Case of Concrete stairs and landing pads to reach from top of wall to deck at ground level in rear of house. Some dimensions involved are: a. Elevation drop from top of wall to deck is about 10’. The distance from wall to deck is approximately 30’ horizontal linear feet. Stairs and landings to designed start at wall and finish at deck level. b. Stairs and landings to be 4’ wide, riser approximately 7” high; tread about 12” wide. c. First stair case would be about 7-8 steps d. Landings to be long enough to make the distance from wall to deck with 2-3 steps going down each time. e. Stairs and landings to be poured concrete on gravel base. f. Any sides of stairs or landings showing should be finished nicely. Stair case dimensions and suggestions are open to design adjustments with the selected contractor. Work can be done now or later in spring depending upon contractor and weather. All debris and left over construction materials needs to be hauled away. Contractor must submit photos on similar concrete stairs they have done.
