Spirit Calling Collective's Maria and Daphne Garrido will be hosting, along with facilitators, Cindy Sabol, Adriane Angarano, and Eve Kobayashi. This gathering of likeminded souls will empower us all to get the most out of our Winter season; a time for inward reflection and integration of the year's spiritual harvest. It's an opportunity to initiate self-healing and growth, to connect in joy with spiritual community, and spread love to the world through our connections with each other. We will be sitting in circle for three hours, starting at 3:33pm, with a snacking and bathroom break. Please arrive early, at 3pm, as we will be clearing folks who desire it with sage and palo santo, while providing time for everyone to chat and find their seats. ━━━━━━━━ EVENT ITENERARY - Maria Garrido will be setting the space, and opening our container of healing, insight, and growth. Cindy Sabol will then immerse us in a beautiful and healing sound bath. Adriane Angarano will lead us in a group constellation ceremony; a powerful means of revealing deep personal and collective insights. Eve Kobayashi will guide us inward with a therapeutic group hypnosis session. Daphne Garrido will then lead a group meditation, supported by the healing vibrations of Cindy Sabol's singing bowls. And then we eat! We will be accepting food donations, as we hope to cultivate a potluck style sharing. Please connect with Daphne if you wish to help out with this. [email protected] Additionally, if you would like to join us, but do not have the ability to pay for a ticket. We want to hear from you! We have some free seats available for those who find themselves in a tough spot financially. ━━━━━━━━ Maria Garrido | Maria is a student of Yoga, Eastern Philosophy, and ancient mysticism - aims to help others find their freedom via physical and energetic release of emotional traumas. As a devoted yoga practitioner, teacher, and reiki master, she is a passionate community-builder, who hopes to help others in their integrative embodiment work. Cindy Sabol | Cindy Sabol has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997. Her strong intuitive abilities have grown naturally through the years as well as from taking classes in Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and psychic abilities. She fell in love with sound healing instruments when she received a massage and deepened her passion after attending numerous Sound Baths. Cindy incorporates a large gong, Tibetan metal singing bowls, large quartz crystal bowls, tuning forks and rattles into her private sessions with clients in Bellingham and more recently in group sound baths. She also uses them in CE-5 Contact groups in Whatcom County. Adriane Angarano | Adriane Angarano has been with the Spirit Calling Collective since its inception and is an avid student of all things mystical and metaphysical. With deep honor and respect for the sacred, she is the medicine of her ancestors; a ceremonialist, a teacher, and a healer. Eve Kobayashi | A certified hypnotherapist who loves guiding people to find peace, joy, and meaning in their experiences. Eve works with people of all backgrounds using the power of hypnosis, healing art, counseling, and connecting to nature in unique and immersive ways. Daphne Garrido | Daphne is a certified meditation instructor, community facilitator, spiritualist, reiki master, and student of the world's rich history of spiritual philosophy—they hope to share their passion for meditation, heart-centered mindfulness, and positive manifestation, through intuitively channeled guided meditations. ━━━━━━━━ MORE ABOUT THE CONSTELLATION CEREMONY Constellation is a practical and somewhat mystical tool we can use to gather information from the unseen world (called The Knowing Field). Traditionally, constellations are held to identify the source of someone’s present-day conflict(s) that are connected to the conflicts within a family system, including ancestors. In a group constellation, participants are asked to represent members of a family, physical places or objects, etheric support or guides, archetypal characters, etc. in order to play out (as one would act out in a theatrical play) the story of the source of conflict. This method can also be used to reveal hidden dynamics within any system with the goal of achieving clarity, reconciliation, and conscious acceptance. In this group constellation exercise, as we are on the cusp of the deep dark of winter, we will be exploring our own relationships to the dark and to the shadow, revealing the potential dynamics and resources of light we can take with us through the dark days and nights of winter so we may emerge on the other side (in Spring) strong and nourished.
