We are looking for an excellent maintenance Worker for our Airbnb properties in the South Tampa area. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of several properties including businesses, residences, and warehouses. Our company will rely on you to provide our guests and employees with a tidy interior and exterior atmosphere where everything is well-ordered. You'll become a critical component of upholding our company culture and image while helping us look and feel our absolute best through the ambiance of our properties. You must have your own truck and your own tools ! This Job is currently only available on weekends - Saturdays & Sundays. Job Responsibilities: Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facilities daily. Check for potential safety issues in all public areas daily and bring them to the property manager's attention. Make sure all doors, windows, entrances, and exits are securely closed and locked when you're the last person to leave the building. Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, painting, tiling, etc. Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc. Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify and repair issues. Install appliances and equipment. Garden/yard upkeep (e.g. mowing the lawn, collecting trash, etc.) Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation). Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm). Fixing minor plumbing issues. Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations. Come to work with a great attitude and a sparkling smile! Requirements for this role include: Extreme attention to small detail. Initiative to take on tasks without being told and without being monitored. Reliable transportation as you will be working at multiple properties. Availability to work on the weekends. MUST be able to pass a background screening. MUST have your equipment. Preferred High school diploma or its equivalent. Knowledge of the latest OSHA safety regulations. Job Type: Weekends only - on call Rate: $17-20 per hour
