Join Reiki Master Crystal Chinn as she guides you through a beautiful sound healing experience. She combines guided meditations, Reiki, and quartz crystal singing bowls (sharp set) in her 75 min group session. Please arrive 5-10 min early to settle into your space. I will start promptly at 2:45….the first 15 min will be for teaching/talking, journaling, pulling cards. This will leave enough time for a full 60min sound bath experience. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle, journal, oracle card deck (anything you need to create a warm, comfortable space for your experience). **squishmallows are becoming the must have item!
