Please join us for a relaxing, euphoric & unifying evening of a live sound healing journey supported by the gentle energy of ceremonial grade cacao from the Guatemalan jungle. For this very special HOME experience, we are thrilled to be collaborating with Eileen Moran, Sound Practitioner and Cacao Ceremonialist, who will be pouring cacao and joining us with sound. Ceremonial Cacao is one of the most pharmacologically complex drinks in the world, containing an estimated 1,200 chemical constituents. We will discuss the benefits of this plant medicine & will drink a specially prepared dose of this cacao that will bring warmth to our bodies, activate our imaginations & open our hearts. We invite you to access your inner essence, connect with your heart’s desire, and to journal at the end of the evening to aid in fully integrating this experience into your life. This special solstice sound and cacao experience will take place at the beautiful yurt temple in the back of the Marbletown Multi-Arts in Stone Ridge, NY. Doors open at 6:45 pm, the sound experience will begin at 7 pm. Please bring your own yoga mats and/or blankets to lie on. Limited folding chairs available for those who need it. She holds a certification in Sound and Music Integration from the New York Open Center’s Sound and Music Institute and leads one-on-one and group Sacred Sound Journeys using a variety of instruments and voice to support participants in tapping into a deep state of relaxation and healing, allowing space to release emotions and open the creative channel. www.elanabell.com BEN BROWN Ben Brown is a sound practitioner, visual artist, and bodyworker. He seeks the intersection of mediums that provide a haven from social-emotional isolation and support our adaptive capabilities to self-soothe and heal.
