JOB DESCRIPTION – LABORER General Responsibilities 1. Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license. 2. Must have reliable transportation and show up to work on time every day. 3. Must be willing to learn all aspects of commercial construction. 4. Must be willing to travel to any and all job sites. 5. Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies. 6. Must be able to work the hours necessary to achieve company goals. Work Hours Monday-Friday (typical), 8 hours a day, plus overtime and Saturdays, if necessary. Reporting Relationship Laborers will get direction and must follow instructions given by the Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager.
