WHAT IS NHRL? Norwalk Havoc Robot League (NHLR) is the largest and most accessible robot combat league in the world, home of the 3lb, 12lb and 30lb World Championships. We host a series of tournaments throughout each year at the House of Havoc, our HQ in Norwalk, CT, culminating in the World Championships. Builders combine groundbreaking technology and off-the-wall ideas to amaze audiences, compete for thousands of dollars in cash prizes, and attempt to claim the coveted Golden Dumpster. Each tournament boasts more than 100 robots and hundreds of builders and fans from all over the world. Each season culminates in an invitation-only World Championship where all of the top robots that have qualified during the regular season compete against each other for over $75,000 in prizes. TYPE OF TICKETS General Admission As a GA ticket holder, here's what you can expect: All day access (valid for entry & re-entry) to the Steel & Titanium arenas with six (6) active fighting cages.Access to the Spectator Lounge, NHRL Merch Shop, our outdoor patio that includes food & beverage trucks and more.On event day, you can bring a copy of your tickets or simply provide your name or the order number at the check in desk and you will be given a GA Badge after your ticket is collected. VIP As a VIP ticket holder, here are the exclusive benefits you’ll receive: One (1) All-Access VIP Keepsake Badge (valid for entry & re-entry)One (1) Pit Tour with an Experienced GuideOne (1) Merch Voucher Redeemable at the NHRL Merch ShopExclusive Access to NHRL's two (2) VIP Lounges with high definition TV's. complimentary snacks and beverages.As event day approaches, if you are a VIP ticket holder, you will receive an email that contains all of the details of your VIP experience (including your scheduled Pit Tour time). On event day, you will be given a VIP Badge upon entry after your ticket is collected. From here, please check in with the VIP attendant at either of the two VIP Lounges to redeem your Merch Voucher and to check in for your Pit Tour at your scheduled time. KEY INFO Address: 165 Water St., Norwalk, CT 06854 Time: Doors open to spectators at 9:45am and matches begin promptly at 10am, running continuously throughout the day. Check In: Tickets will be delivered to the email provided at checkout . You can print out your tickets or simply provide your name or the order number at the check in desk when checking in on event day. Parking: There are ample places to park on event days. Spectator-only parking is available in the below locations: Onsite in the lot in front of our building at 165 Water StreetNext door at Riverside Plaza/149 Water Street. Spectators can park in any non-numbered spaces. (You will be towed if you park in a numbered spot, which are reserved for tenants only.)Across the street in the Department of Taxation's parking lot.After 10am, spectators may park in the lot located at 51 Day Street. There is also free and metered street parking located in the neighborhood surrounding 165 Water Street, including on Day Street. and Raymond Street. There is public street and lot parking available in downtown SoNo, approx. a ten minute walk from 165 Water Street.Weather: We are a rain or shine event as our tournament takes place indoors. If there is inclement weather, tents may be available on our outdoor patio to accommodate our food truck vendors. Safety First: All guests in attendance are required to sign NHRL's Liability Waiver. How It Works: Once you purchase your tickets, there will be an image prompting you to “Click Here to Sign”. WHAT TO EXPECT Other than watching over 100 robot fights across our six cages literally all day long, there is a lot to do throughout the event: Check out our Bot Museum: Take photos with our growing legendary collection robots. Fan favorites from the well-known TV show include Mammoth, Panic Attack, Ribbot, War? EZ!, PainTrain, and more!Grab food and drinks with friends: Enjoy food from local CT food trucks along with beer, cocktails and some signature NHRL drinks (21+ only, ID required) - all beginning at noon.Shop our merch: In addition to our resident collection of NHRL branded swag, you can also stock up on kids clothes, coffee mugs, hats, havoc-inspired pillows, stickers, magnets and make sure you grab a limited edition NHRL poster before you go!Other things to do: Test drive NHRL’s house bot, Brett, in our test cage and play for a chance to win prizes from NHRL’s complimentary claw machine.QUESTIONS?
