Need to rehome my ball python

I need to rehome my sweet BP. I have come into some serious health issues and can no longer adequately care for him. I was told he was a male and carries the albino gene for breeding. Although I never bred him. He is so sweet and has never bitten anyone. He is on 1 medium rat a month. He is probably around 3 feet. He will come with his 40 gallon tank, some extra substrate, all his plants/clutter, water dispenser, 2 hides, heat mat, CHE with arm stand, an inkbird thermometer, and 2 temp/humidity clocks. I prefer him go to someone already experienced with BP's so I am asking 400$ for everything to ensure he goes to a good home. If you are a new BP owner, please do not enquire as with any "exotic animal", I believe extensive research and preparation is necessary.
