This will be my first year having this event at GRGT Fitness. I am so excited to bring a fun and energic event to the Buda area. This is a start to something big. I have been to other Community fitness new year's training, and they have been inspiring. It's nothing like starting the new year's off right with an amazing workout. This plan is to have a 30-minute meet and greet at 10am-10:30. Meanwhile you'll be tasting pre-workout samples, meeting workout partners and vibing to the music. After we will start with a warm-up, body weight exercise, weights as well, cardio training and cool down core/stretching. This workout will take an hour. Look forward to seeing you there. Space is limited because it will be at my garage gym but there will be enough space outside. New year free your body, mind. spirit and let's get right and get tight. See you there!!!
