Calling all buyers, sellers, and supporters of local foods in NE Indiana. It is hard to find the time and space to network with people about local foods. You want to network better. We hear you. So we are creating the space for you to expand your networks. Join us for Local Food Networking with the growers, producers, buyers, sellers, and advocates of local food in northeast Indiana. And we have snacks! This is the place to connect with: Sellers of locally sourced food productsBuyers of products that use local ingredients Organizations that support and advocate for local foods in our communitiesSchedule: 1:00pm to 1:10pm Check-in Get your name tag and complete your worksheet (we will email these ahead of time and will have them available on site) 1:15 pm Learn about teds beerhall Chef Dave Rodgers, Executive Chef at teds beerhall, will share the details about some of the cool things they are doing in their kitchen and beyond. 1:30pm Networking! Think of this like a casual speed dating event (without the awkwardness at the end of the event). We will provide you with worksheets to help guide your conversations and take notes from all the people you meet. If you have business cards and printed business information to share, bring that, too! Throughout the event, we will remind you to wrap up the conversation and find a new person to meet.
