Tiny Home owner looking for land to lease

Hey! I’m in the process of building a tiny house and would like to find land to lease. I would prefer to lease land from a landowner than to park it in an RV lot, but I will if I have to. Well, at least until I’m able to find land. I’m just your average mid-30s guy who works from home for a law enforcement and public safety software and radio company trying to save a little money so I can afford to buy land or a home. I have a sweet rescue dog and no kids. Pretty much a homebody, don’t party, and the loudest I get is when I’m jamming and singing to some music lol The home will be extremely nice and well appointed. It will not be an eye sore, I can assure you of that. As soon as I have renderings/pictures, I’ll post them. I’m looking for anytime in the next 8-12 months, pretty flexible. I currently live in Winter Springs, so I’d like to stay in Seminole, west Volusia, or northeast Orange County. The home will have RV hookups, so we would have to figure that out. I’m willing to cover the costs of installing that. I would love to say I could cover the cost of clearing the land too, but I’m afraid I can’t afford that, so the land can’t have thick brush and trees. And please no wetlands. I won’t have a way to tow the home in the event of flooding. Name a price on the land lease. Anything reasonable- I mean, I am trying to save some money in this economy. I am fully aware beggars can’t be choosers and have very low expectations. Keeping an open mind. I’m appreciative and grateful for any offers.
