Join your chicago ambassadors Alana and Danielle on an up to 2.5 mile hike at Heron Creek Forest Preserve in Lake Zurich. Find out information about the preserve on the Lake County Forest Preserve website. We will meet at Shelter B parking!! https://www.lcfpd.org/heron-creek/. After our hike, we will head over to Buffalo Creek Brewing Co (6 minute drive). Their Alpine Biergarten is officially opened and we can warm up by a fire and grab a beverage! Please note- you must register on Eventbrite in order to attend this event. We ask that you are committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite and/or contact Alana at 847-894-6113 or via Facebook. ** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified and are not guides. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts.
