Description

Our class will showcase five different drinks. We will be using ready-to-go products like canned cocktails and wine as the base. The class will also showcase a variety of juices, sodas, syrups, and fruits and vegetables to enhance the cocktails. The instructor will be making each cocktail showing how easy they are to make and how to garnish. Then each participant will be poured a taste to sample. The participants will leave with recipes and knowledge of craft cocktails from the Boise Co-op. Nuts and crackers will be served during the class to have with the cocktails.
