On December 27th Wine Theory and Southern Wine Academy will host a 100% Champagne dinner at Easy Bistro, the first of its kind to be assembled in Chattanooga. Champagne is one of the most diverse wines in the world and is certainly not limited to a celebratory drink or aperitif but can carry a complete meal. We have worked to assemble an exciting line up of high end Champagnes to showcase just this and to be paired with a multi-course meal.
