SDRC Welcomes you to a free Youth Learn to Row Day. It is being held on Sunday, December 11th from 9-11am. Athletes aged 12-18 are welcome to come out and give the sport of rowing a try! Each participant will have an opportunity to learn how to row, including proper use of the rowing machine (ergometer, or "erg" as it's affectionately known), as well as rowing on the water in beautiful Mission Bay! Session #1 9:00-9:20 - Sign-in & intro 9:20-9:40 - Erg 9:40-10:00 - Boat parts intro on apron, split into boats, launch 10:00-10:45 - On the water 10:45-11:00 - Clean the boat  Please contact Ruby Marrujo at [email protected] with any questions
