- Fresh corvina marinated is lime juice and tossed with diced red onion, hominy, fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes and shaved fennel. Served with fresh fried corn chips
2nd Course:
Smoked chili and roasted tomato Blue Mussels with baguette
Blue mussels steamed in a smoky chile tomato sauce with a dash of cinnamon, cumin and fresh cilantro
3rd Course
Caldillo de Congrio "MonkFish Stew"
Monkfish braised in a rich creamy fish stock garnished with fresh tomatoes, herbs, lemon, hominy, pickled red onion
4th Course
White Sea Bass over frisee with Patatas Bravas Chilenos
Pan Seared White Sea Bass on frisee with a lemon chive sour cream and crispy new potatoes tossed in a spicy tomato paste and garnished with kalamata olives and cilantro
5th Course:
Tres Leches Cake with shaved dark chocolate
served with coffee service
