A short film about Kaitlin Farrington, an Olympic freestyle snowboarder who won a gold medal at the Sochi Olympics in 2014 will be shown before the feature film.
The main event will be the premiere of NEXUS, an all female ski film documenting five distinct groups of skiers, their connection to the mountains, and how skiing shapes their relationships. www.nxusfilm.com/film
Ticket and raffle sales will go to support Wellness in Action (WIA) and Sisters in Split (SIS).
WIA is a nonprofit supporting the mental health needs of the Big Sky Community. They offer a range of accessible, affordable and targeted behavioral health interventions, including a counseling hub and a supported pipeline of counseling professionals. They hope to improve the well-being of the Big Sky population and increase the ability to prevent suicides and critical incidents related to substance abuse. More info at - bigskywia.org

Both nonprofits will have a presence at the premiere and will have information about what they do and how you can get involved!
