It sometimes weighs up to 150 pounds, and they carry it for miles. It is their lifeline. RUCK 4 FREEDOM will give all of us the opportunity to do something hard to give back to those who give have given so much. Please join us February 11th as we walk in a 5k march. Some will carry a weighted backpack and walk side by side with our Soldiers, as well as each other.As a community we are strong, our Freedom is safe, and this will give us the opportunity to show our Service Members, family, and friends that we are willing to give our time and be a little uncomfortable to say thank you. Become a sponsor, create a team, and be part of the day that will show our gratitude for the freedom we all love.The official charity of RUCK 4 FREEDOM is HOPE Mental Health Foundation. Funds will be used to benefit the mental health of Soldiers, and their families through the gift of therapy.
