Greetings, Employment is the goal - Participants of this event will be considered the first to receive access to students that meet the template profile. Please plan to participate in Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing CoHort meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2022 at Connexus Energy, Ramsey. The agenda will focus on Workforce Acquisition and build upon our relationship/partnership with Anoka/Hennepin Schools. Representatives of Anoka/Hennepin District will be attendance. This CoHort meeting will allow for us to share a conversation about: What needs to happen that will allow for manufacturing to have access to the workforce that is being groomed in the High Schools locally? What does manufacturing need to do in order to attract and retain graduating workforce year over year.Can we establish a template that will allow for manufacturing to attract beyond one high school or district?What needs to happen right now? Can manufacture access this opportunity immediately, in a number of months, next year? Or all of these?Employment is the goal - Participants of this event will be considered the first to receive access to students that meet the template profile. The best audience for this meeting would be owners, HR folks, supervisors and GM’s. We will limit attendance to 30.
