As we reflect over the past years, we faced unprecedented challenges personally, and as a community. The world-wide health crisis, racial and cultural unrest, political cataclysm combine with economic insecurities shall likely be remembered as a time of massive uncertainty. The isolation and separation was tumultuous, but somehow we all worked together and continue to work together. We could not escape the togetherness as the adversity had a blanketing impact. Because there are always infinite differing perspectives, we are still learning as a community how to rise in the face of adversity. However, we recognize that we find strength in our faith and in each other. No matter what we face, we are in it together so, LET'S MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER! This is our mantra for the Tallahassee Leadership Prayer Breakfast 2023. Our mantra for the past years have always reflected on us as a community; this year is no different. We remain confident that prayer continues to play a key role in our overcoming these adversities we face; it is the core of our sustainability. Though we were not able to assemble in 2021 and 2022, we continued to pray without ceasing and we hosted the community experience virtually. In 2023, The Tallahassee Leadership Prayer Breakfast Committee is honored to present and host the experience conventionally at Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, Saturday, January 28, 2023 @ 8 AM.
