Come out of your shell and catch Riverwalk’s 13th Annual Stone Crab & Seafood Festival, presented by Rivertail Fort Lauderdale. The highly anticipated event showcasing the best of South Florida seafood restaurants and gourmet food trucks, takes place Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11am to 4pm at Esplanade Park, in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Throughout the day enjoy great food, cold drinks, music and activities for all ages, including the crowd-favorite hermit crab races. Dive into mouth-watering signature seafood dishes of conch, shrimp, crab, lobster, fresh fish and more, deliciously barbequed, boiled, broiled, baked, fried or sautéed. There’s even landlubber fare available. “The world is your oyster!” The annual event brings over 12,000+ residents and visiting seafood enthusiasts to the Riverwalk. Funds raised support Riverwalk in the pursuit of the organization’s mission “nurturing Riverwalk and Riverwalk District as a vibrant community connected by the New River.” Admission is free for all ages. Seafood dishes start at $5. $20 Early Bird Beer Garden tickets go on sale 12/3-12/17 or until sold out, then $25 through 1/7/23 and $25 day of, include unlimited sampling of beer selections.
