We are a property management/maintenance company for apartments that needs help with odd jobs. Helping maintenance tech with work orders, help with unit turnovers (demo units, paint, clean etc), clean hallways, post notice at buildings, go to Home Depot for supplies and other tasks needed for Maintenance/Property Managers. Part Time - Estimate 15 hours a week A lot of room for increased training, responsibility, compensation and growth within the company for the right person Must be a good communicator Must enjoy working with your hands Must be excited to learn and help Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable vehicle Owning personal tools is a plus, but not required.
