On-Call Handyman Needed for Airbnbs

Hello! I am a property manager for ~20 Airbnbs in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable handyman to have on-call as our first point of contact for any general home maintenance or repairs. Projects may include unclogging drains, trash haul, furniture repair, etc. Desired handyman ideally has some experience in plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general appliance knowledge (fridge, washing machine, etc.). The person we are looking for has great communication skills, reliable transportation, their own tools needed for projects, and general daily availability between 9am-6pm. We usually contact the handyman on an as-needed basis and look to have tasks completed same day.
