B-Town Cleaning Crew is a new cleaning startup that is looking for professional house cleaners to join our team. As a new startup, hours are NOT guaranteed but will give you the opportunity to grow with the company. Must be comfortable with performing different roles within the company including cleaning houses. What we are looking for: • Honest, reliable, and professional • Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience: • No experience needed (paid training is provided) • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) • Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Willing to undergo a background check • Authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities: • Clean and disinfect various areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. • Lift and move 20 lbs. of equipment/furniture to effectively clean an area • Stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, etc. • Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service • Follow all safety and health regulations • Follow instructions and procedures on how to clean specific areas • Identify different cleaning products and use them to clean different surfaces • Drive a company car safely obeying all traffic laws • Using provided devices to collect payment after job is complete • Clean and organize provided cleaning equipment and supplies Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Paid training • No nights or weekends (unless you wish to do so)
