Looking for an responsible, professional, experienced person to complete maintenance at an apartment complex. Looking for someone mechanically oriented, skilled in painting, light plumbing, light construction (hanging mini blinds, patching walls, replacing switch plates, etc.), light electrical and cleaning. Must have a willingness to work 8-5 M-F Must have pickup truck $20+ hour We pay weekly Full Time Long term position
