Starting rock blues show/band

Hello, I'm a guitar player. I sing, playing for 25 years. In McKinney. Starting a show/band. Would like a certain level of professionalism. For example a cohesive image on stage. Songs would have transitions, or possibly "mash ups'. Everyone willing to sing basic backing vocals. Lighting design etc.. Goal would still be to play local venues/festivals, corporate events, private parties. Obviously I want to do this for fun too! At this point just starting out, seeking drummer, and bass. Can put our own spin on the songs, and do some cool arrangements! This is an example set list: not interested in originals, songs should be upbeat, with some slower ones thrown in for dynamic. Government Mule would be the closest example of what I'd like to emulate.
