Tree Climber (Foreman) We are looking for an experienced climber to apply their knowledge and skill set in helping develop a new arboriculture program under the guidance of an ISA Certified Arborist with over 10 years of experience. We encourage this position to apply their experience in developing a crew in any way they find would best perform various Arboriculture tasks in a safe and professional manner. JOB DUTIES: Include performing and leading a crew of Arborist on varies jobs and tasks in Arboriculture; Tree Pruning, Tree Removals, Chipping Brush, Climbing Trees with Rope and Saddle, Performing Rigging, Crew Safety, and Training New Climbers. Ability to understand and implement the industry Safety Standards under ANSI Z133. QUALIFICATIONS: - Tree Climber with at least 2 years of experience in Arboriculture, ISA Certified Arborist a bonus. -Ability to independently problem solve and communicate with crew in a clear and cordial manner -Ability to climb proficiently with rope and saddle performing various pruning and rigging tasks -Desire to take charge of a crew and train them identifying their skill set and advancing their skill set in a safe and appropriate manner. - Ability to be open to suggestions and be a team player to help the company grow together.
