Found black and white puppy 12/3 around 1 pm on South Hampton Rd near Brentwood Rd. Very thin and shy was taken to Franklin county dog shelter since we have dogs that are not friendly to strange dogs. Do not contact me about this dog other than this info I have provided.I do not know anything further. I only posted as an fyi.
