Looking for $30K maximum budget to change kitchen cabinets, add quartz countertop, new flooring throughout house and replace or repaint some exterior siding. Bathroom tiles are already on-site. A few minor repairs as stated in a home inspection report. No electrical or plumbing required. Homeowner currently already have two other bids close to $40K so looking for contractor to do at $30K budget. Willing to make adjustments to repairs to fit budget.
