Needed an EXPEREINCED carpenter/ general contractor to help to repair and fix the front porch of the house, please see below for the full scope of work. Scope of work 1) Reframe the front porch to create an enclosure and put plexi-glass, needed siding etc 2) fix any damage areas of the porch and stairs by replacing the wood 5) Demo, frame and re-do the overhang shingle roof 6) Paint it.
