Hi! We are a NYC medspa, looking to expand and need your help! We're offering cash to salespeople who are well-versed in B-to-C or business-to-consumer sales. Aesthetic Appointment Setters & Sales Representatives Contract Position REMOTE; Commission ONLY At Viva Cryo, the Aesthetic Appointment Setters and Sales Representatives are imperative to driving sales results. You’ll be promoting Viva Cryo's non-surgical body contouring and anti-aging laser treatments and services. We are looking for top performers with a successful track record. The ideal candidate is confident with high integrity coupled with a customer-centric attitude. This person will be responsible for finding leads, scheduling consultations and selling packages of our non-invasive procedures to new clients. We are looking for personable, friendly, enthusiastic, polished, organized and persistent individuals who are self-starters, quick witted, hardworking and able to learn and understand concepts on non-invasive laser procedures. An interest in beauty and wellness services would be a huge plus. This is a commission-only, remote position but you’ll get to make your own hours, drive your own path and every time you make a sale, the commission and bonus structure is highly generous. After 6 months of working with us, we will extend benefits and a full-time compensation package. This position has upward mobility with career advancement for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: Find leads through your networks (Prospects and potential clients must live or work in the NYC tri-state area in order to receive treatment so please keep this in mind when searching for potential clients. You don't have to live in the area but your networks should be able to visit our spa in-person) Schedule consultations for our in-house sales staff to close When we close a deal from your lead, we will pay you 5% commission in cash If you prove to be a strong appointment setter, you'll be promoted to a sales representative with the following duties: Conduct consultations with potential clients Close sales (clients purchase large packages); we will pay you 10% commission in cash Other responsibilities: Train with us and learn our product and service offerings Understand how our lasers can affect and make changes on the face and body Prepare financing contracts for clients who may need Care Credit This job description is not all inclusive.
