Position Responsibilities:  Physically examine the property on a regular basis  Purchase supplies for the community  Managing repairs and maintenance with vendors, and ensuring the proper care of the property  Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse and other items that may be required  Mowing common areas, vacant sites and inventory home sites  Prepare inventory homes to sell or rent  Generally maintaining and improve the quality of the community and maintain public areas in a clean and safe fashion  Troubleshooting any needs for the property  Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment  Supervise outside contractors working on the Property  Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives including but not limited to (a) property inspections (b) maintenance assignments (c) utility system readings and controls (d) landscaping and grounds (e) safety (f) special maintenance items.  Maintain all personal property including laundry machines, landscape equipment, office equipment, etc.
