-Install laminate flooring, 745 sq feet (No old flooring or baseboard to remove) -Install 250 feet of new baseboard -Remove popcorn ceiling, paint ceiling, 745 sq feet -Remove wall to open up kitchen area. (Pictures attached) -relocate 2 wall switches -install 2 recessed lights, 2 basic ceiling lights, 1 ceiling fan -install 3 pre hung doors. -remove 1 old pocket door, install new one I'll pay for all materials. (Flooring, baseboard, paint, doors) Pick up all material needed. Dispose of all material needing to be disposed of. Have some references please.
