Join Washington Street Outfitters after hours for a relaxing and educational night of wrapping presents using the Furoshiki inspired technique! Each person will be provided three wrapping cloths. Bring your own presents or purchase them at the event and enjoy 30% off your total! Reclaim It has donated the material and we will teach you the different ways to wrap using fabric! Furoshiki are traditional Japanese cloths used to carry belongings and wrap gifts. These square-shaped decorative fabrics offer a sustainable alternative to paper. Typical wrapping paper cannot be recyled and usually not reused again. Stop the mess and start wrapping with fabric! It's a lovely alternative and the cloth can be used for years and years to come. We will have drinks and light snacks! Decemeber 17th, 7:00-8:00pm at Washington Street Outfitters.
