Description

This is a contracts course. Learn how to properly fill out an HOA addendum. The course will also explain: covenants, conditions, and restriction; delivering the subdivision information; fees and deposits for reserves; and the difference between a single family HOA addendum and the condominium addendum (2 hours). Lunch will be provided!
