Holographic Sound is an expansion of sound through vocals and crystal singing bowl vibrations into its sacred geometric, multidimensional and infinite form, bringing the sound and participants to their true and natural state of being. This process creates an exponential energy or vibration beyond third dimensional understanding. Participants generally leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and with a sense of calm and peace. Class will begin with a simple introduction to holographic sound, an offering of mudra and a simple explanation of what to expect before participants are led through a gentle guided meditation as they relax and begin to flow into the harmonies created by the bowls and Jamie's vocals. This class is one with no physical exertion and is suitable for all bodies as you are simply there to lie and enjoy the bowls. Please BYO yoga mat and blanket and optional eye pillow.
