Good Luck Noodle SoupThis spicy pork and greens soup has all the makings of a good luck meal! Pork is often eaten on New Year’s because pigs root forward, while greens symbolize the color of money and long noodles symbolize long health. Oh, and it is super tasty! Lunch is served.
