My car failed Virginia state inspection because of exhaust. I’ve had a small leak in the central area underneath of my car for a while and I want to wrap it with exhaust tape. I don’t want to replace the exhaust system because I plan on selling the car and it’s going to be very expensive. I’m sure. I have patched it before but I can’t really get under there because it’s so low. Plus it would be helpful if someone was nearby to tap the gas pedal to see where the noise is coming from while another is watching underneath. It is a 2014 jeep Cherokee. I’m hoping someone has some front wheel ramps or way to lift up the front or a bay where I can get underneath. If someone is knowledgeable of exhaust and can help me get it fixed up to pass infection I WILL PAY YOU! I have a few days before the temp failed inspection sticker expires.
